1. Unless otherwise stated, the ceramic items are handmade. Because each item is handmade, no two items are identical and the photographs are therefore representative.

2. All items featured under 'Exhibition Pieces' are one offs, and the photograph is the actual item for purchase.

4. If you purchase several items, the shipping cost displayed on the checkout page will be the sum of the shipping cost for each item. If we are able to consolidate items when packing, the shipping cost may be less. We only ever charge the actual cost.

5. Consumer guarantee. We are so confident you will be happy with your purchase, we offer an unconditional right to return an item for full refund if you are not completely satisfied.
